National Southeast Regional Emergency Rescue Center
The National Southeast Regional Emergency Rescue Center is a national key construction project jointly built by the Ministry of Emergency Management and the People's Government of Guangdong Province. It is mainly responsible for national typhoon emergency rescue and other tasks, radiating Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Fujian, Zhejiang and other regions. The National Southeast Regional Emergency Rescue Center project is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, covering an area of about 500 mu, and reserving 50 mu of provincial regional emergency rescue center and 300 mu of emergency industry construction land, the estimated investment of the project is about 3 billion yuan (excluding land acquisition and aviation support base construction costs), according to the functional requirements of "one agency, four bases" planning and design. The center is expected to be ready for use in the first half of 2024.
The project of the National Southeast Regional Emergency Rescue Center will effectively fill the gaps in the southeast coastal region and even the whole country in the areas of sharp sword strength and core key training facilities in dealing with typhoons and their secondary and derivative disasters, and greatly improve the emergency rescue rapid response capability and rescue coordination capability in dealing with typhoon-related major disasters.
The project is set up in five functional areas: aviation support area, equipment storage and transportation area, resident living area, command and teaching area, and practical training and exercise area.

As one of the six national regional emergency rescue centers in the country, the National Southeast Regional emergency rescue Center project is generally set up as "five functional areas", among which the typhoon comprehensive simulation training hall is the first in China, highlighting the characteristics of emergency rescue in the southeast region. After the completion of the project, it will effectively fill the gaps in the southeast coastal areas and even the whole country in the areas of the sharp sword strength and core key training facilities in dealing with typhoons and their secondary and derivative disasters, and greatly improve the emergency response ability and rescue coordination ability in dealing with typhoon-related major disasters.
The products used in this project are integrated wiring, optical fiber and cable, weak current cables and other products.
