Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge
The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a bridge and tunnel project connecting Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macau in China. It is located in the Lingdingyang region of Guangdong Province, China, and serves as the southern Ring Road of the Pearl River Delta Region. Connecting Hong Kong in the east and Zhuhai and Macao in the west, the 55km Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is the longest cross-sea bridge in the world. It is also one of the most technologically complex projects in the history of Chinese transportation with the highest construction requirements and standards, and has been praised as the "Seven Wonders of the New World" by the British Guardian.
